Role Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generator (Non-Voice) to join our team remotely. This role is specifically designed for professionals with experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries, who have a proven ability to identify, nurture, and qualify high-quality leads. As a key member of a small, independent team, the ideal candidate will be highly self-directed, capable of delivering results with minimal supervision, and ready to hit the ground running from day one. 

Compensation & Schedule: 

  • 20 hours per week 
  • Flexible working hours, with an emphasis on meeting lead generation and reporting deadlines
Scope of Work:  
  • Generate and qualify a consistent flow of leads to support sales targets and ensure the Senior Sales Representative has a robust pipeline. 
  • Identify opportunities for improving lead generation strategies and workflows. 
  • Contribute to the overall sales and marketing eTorts by providing critical insights on lead behavior and market trends. 



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Research & Identification: 
o Use various online and offline methods, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to research and identify potential leads in target industries.  
o Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities.  
  • CRM Management: 
o Maintain, track, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and organization.  
o Regularly clean and enhance the lead database for optimal use by the sales team.  
  • Outreach & Engagement: 
o Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.  
o Qualify leads by evaluating their interest, needs, and fit for the company’s offerings.  
  • Market Insights: 
o Create and implement client or market surveys to gather insights and refine lead qualification criteria.  
o Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings and market feedback.  
  • Collaboration & Reporting: 
o Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Representative to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.  
o Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.  

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role, with a focus on interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant lead generation tools. 
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 
  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry standards. 
  • A highly motivated and self-directed professional who can operate independently with minimal supervision.
