Job Description

  • Utilize various channels to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within educational institutions. Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Engage with leads through effective communication and relationship-building to secure meetings with decision-makers. Present the value proposition of Edge Tutor convincingly to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to create customized proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with client objectives.
  • Facilitate the seamless transition from proposal to pilot phase by coordinating with Account Managers. Provide necessary support to ensure successful onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B-to-B Lead Generation or Sales role
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Master of Multitasking: You're independent, prioritizing tasks with finesse.
  • Passion for education and the drive to impact the educational community for the better
  • Familiarity with CRM is a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to make sales calls during evenings due to the majority of our clients being located outside the Philippines.
