Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join a growing team and support the identification and qualification of potential business customers in need of shipping solutions. Key Responsibilities:
•Use research tools and databases to identify potential customers within assigned territories or industry verticals.
•Analyze Google Business listings, business registers, and industry databases to find companies that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
•Focus on businesses with regular shipping needs that could benefit from the company's services.
•Verify business information, including contact details, ABNs, and shipping operations.
•Create and maintain detailed lead records with accurate, up-to-date information in the system.
•Ensure all data meets quality benchmarks and compliance standards.
•Meet daily lead generation targets while maintaining high standards of data quality.
•Track leads as they progress through sales campaigns and provide insights to the sales team.
•Collaborate with the sales team to provide detailed information on qualified leads.
•Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and refine lead generation processes.
•Work closely with the Lead Generation Manager to optimize research methods and tools.
•Share insights, ideas, and best practices with team members to improve overall efficiency.
•Track performance through regular reviews, focusing on both the quantity and quality of leads generated.
