Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Workday HCM client projects across the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include:  

Project Management

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM implementation and post-production support projects.  

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.  

  • Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project execution.  

  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.  

  • Coordinate with senior project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.  

Client Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for project-related queries.  

  • Facilitate regular communication and status updates to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.  

  • Participate in project review meetings, documenting meeting minutes and follow-up actions.  

Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.  

  • Assign and track tasks within the team, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.  

  • Support resource planning and allocation for project activities.  


Qualifications & Skills
Required:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, HR technology, or IT.  

  • Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong advantage).  

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).  

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  

Preferred:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).  

  • Experience with Workday HCM implementation or post-production support projects.  

  • Understanding of HR processes and systems in the APAC region.  

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
