Position Purpose: Responsible for the assessment and selection of talent. Supports branding initiatives to attract the best talent. Develops sourcing strategies and partners with hiring manager to assess and select the best talent.

Position based in Costa Rica - To be hired in January 2025.

About the role:

  • Execute a full cycle recruiting strategy: source, recruit, apply tests, interview, coordinate and close a variety of different roles across multiple teams and levels (technical and/or low to mid-level professional).

  • Works closely with hiring manager to develop efficient and effective sourcing strategies.

  • Compile and analyze data indicating the relative strengths across L.L. Bean’s internal pool.

  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.

  • Understands talents needed and effectively assesses skills and abilities of applicants for open positions. Ensures successful placements right person, right talent, right job.

  • Identifies and maintains relationships with a variety of prospective candidates for consideration for future LLB hiring needs.

  • Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) updated.

  • Gathers and analyzes recruiting measurement data to ensure success of recruiting strategies and efforts. Determines necessary adjustments.

  • Makes recruiting processes reports such as time to fill and other, as needed.

  • Involves other HR partners as appropriate in issues or information identified during course of recruiting efforts.

  • Builds and maintains alliances with universities and other potential sourcing entities.

  • Actively partners with internal and/or external colleagues on talent management initiatives. Continually look for enhancements or opportunities for alignment and improvements in our talent management process.

  • Conducts new hire orientation sessions.

  • Supports other projects as needed.

  • Document processes as needed.

About you:

Education Level: 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
Years of Experience: 1+ year in Recruiting activities.

English Level: Advanced (C1)
