We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Strategy and Operations Manager to join our fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment company. As a Sr. S&O Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying and executing strategic initiatives that support the company's growth trajectory. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to senior management. Your expertise in strategy formulation balanced with your discipline in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion will directly contribute to our company's success in the highly competitive e-commerce industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and industry knowledge to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, finance, and marketing, to gather input, define objectives, and execute on strategic initiatives.
  • Design and implement performance tracking dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor and communicate the progress and impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage your portfolio of strategic initiatives in collaboration with our PMO team, ensuring cross-functional resources execute on time and to the impact expected.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related analytical field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven (3-5 years) experience in a strategy & operations, operations consulting, product ops, or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
