Job description

Our client is a leading real estate brokerage with a strong focus on technology and data-driven solutions. They are an innovative player in the real estate industry, leveraging advanced tools and analytics to enhance the buying and selling experience for clients. They are currently seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to support their leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Role Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with the company's leadership team, providing critical insights and support for high-level decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who excels in data analysis, strategic thinking, and project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build reports, conduct research, and help execute strategic projects that will enhance business operations and overall company performance. The role is open to remote work with occasional visits to the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights, create reports, and develop models that inform business strategies and operations. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Support: Partner closely with the VP of Strategy and Operations, offering analytical and strategic support to drive business growth. Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking strategic initiatives.
  • Research & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive analysis to inform and refine business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and foster operational improvements. Collaborate directly with leadership to implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Consulting Approach: Apply a consulting mindset to identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Leadership Support: Provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and right-hand partner in driving business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Consulting Experience: 4 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, or operations role, preferably at a manager level. Experience in the real estate or tech-driven sectors is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret complex data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and working with tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a proven track record of supporting business strategy through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate, technology, or PropTech is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Transferable Skills: Open to individuals with relevant transferable skills from similar sectors.
