QA Lead Requirements
- Minimum 8-12 years in testing of software components and experience using a test automation tool like Selenium/Cucumber/ Java
- 4+ years' experience in QA projects in healthcare domain especially provider/ hospital or Pharmacy.
- Strong Knowledge of both automation and manual testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in developing/documenting testing strategies, including test plan development, effort estimation and QA reporting
- Keen understanding of the software testing process, testing metrics and tools.
- Experience in managing the plan, process and progress of the test phases through multiple projects
- Experience in guiding the team on development of test plans, test processes, test cases/scripts, and test data
- Experience in building frameworks, test cases and test execution through the SDLC and STLC
- Exposure to PL/SQL writing to query data from any database.
- Exposure to Agile work environment will also be a plus.
- Good to have hands on experience on Automation testing of web-based applications using UI Path/Selenium
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with test management tools (e.g. TFS, JIRA, Quality Center)
- Experience with and can explain what Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) is and how the Cucumber (or similar) testing framework is used
Responsibilities
- Accountable for quality assurance of the assigned applications and leading test teams.
- End to end responsibility for the testing process - Test Planning, Test Case & Test script development, Test Execution & Reporting,
- Integration Testing Sign off, UAT defect analysis, generating different test metrics
- Ensure test coverage across all the phases of testing includes System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordination with Release Manager, Business Analysts and Delivery team to establish project priorities and estimates
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Effectively communicate status and findings in oral and written forms to senior management
- Tracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline/ BCA/ MCA

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
($70-$79/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
