The Partner Program Manager will be responsible for helping to build new programs and support the success of internal teams and partners through Partner Program execution. Blue Cat Partners include VARs, MSPs, Distributors, and other partner types to grow over time with the business. This role will be a hands-on contributor managing the day-to-day tasks of the Partner Program and leading strategic projects & alignment. Working closely with the partnership leadership team in a fast pace/fast growth environment, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the Partner Program framework and processes as we mature and take our channel business to a world-class level.
 
Job Responsibilities
·       Help manage and drive key program and channel initiatives for the Global Partner Program office including pricing and packaging of routes-to-market that optimize field sales execution.
·       Define operational processes required to support the implementation and ongoing management of programs.
·       Work cross functionally, across the regions, and externally to drive adoption of the Partner Program.
·       Support deal registration design, routing, and KPIs.
·       Help design and implement our new partner program and then manage Partner movement within the Partner Program ensuring tier/program requirements have been met as well as partner portal support.
·       Manage the execution and orchestration of Partner agreements.
·       Understand partner experience within the Partner Program and make recommendation on new trends, partner needs, benefits, and program requirements.
·       Assist in the building and updating of Partner Program materials.
·       Present recommendations and ways to improve Partner Program to senior management.
·       Capture and share adoption metrics, incentives, and dashboards against defined targets.
·       Support the program with any operational needs and access to benefits for the program.

·       Reports to Senior Director, Global Partner Programs
 
Qualifications
·       Minimum of 3+ years in channel marketing or partner program management
·       Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
·       Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
·       Excellent written and oral communication skills
·       Project management experience across global, scaled channel engagements
·       Able to manage multiple projects and partnerships with internal stakeholder groups
