Sales Performance Management Consultant 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant with 5+ years of expertise in SPM implementation or consulting. If you excel at client-facing roles, have a strong technical aptitude, and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you. Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are required. 

In This Role, You Will: 

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs. 

  • Guide clients through decision-making processes with a focus on best practices. 

  • Implement and customize SPM solutions to meet unique business needs. 

  • Act as the functional lead on assigned projects, mentoring team members as required. 

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic advice, training, and ongoing support to clients. 

  • Test and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications. 

  • Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency. 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation and training materials. 

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams during project meetings to ensure successful outcomes. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and delivering Sales Performance Management solutions. 

  • Deep understanding of concepts like incentive and commission management, territory management, and quota planning. 

  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Excel. 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at the director level and above 

  • A technical, client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. 

  • Education in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related fields is preferred. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Canadian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required. 

  • Familiarity with SPM tools such as Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, CaptivateIq, or Anaplan is a strong asset.
