We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy, driving personalized, data-driven interactions to boost retention, engagement, and revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing conversion funnels, managing campaigns and experimentation, audience segmentation and automation throughout the user journey. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy:

  • Further develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals, contributing to a seamless customer lifecycle journey from onboarding to loyalty.
  • Develop personalized campaigns to drive retention, user engagement, and upsell opportunities.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages) from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs and brand tone of voice.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage user behavior data and segmentation to create targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Tool & Technology Ownership:

  • Manage CRM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and integration with other marketing and analytics systems.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance CRM capabilities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to align CRM efforts with broader business initiatives.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in a mobile app or digital-first environment.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and engagement through multi-channel campaigns.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and automation workflows.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with diverse teams.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
