Job description

  • Managing the hiring process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent.
  • Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies.
  • Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors.
  • Providing development plans for underperforming employees.
  • Maintaining records and preparing documents related to employment.
  • Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Assessing workforce trends and planning for future staffing and talent needs.


  • Requirements

    Bachelors degree is must, preferable from HR background.

    A minimum of 3 year of experience, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industries.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Prior experience in an agency setting is preferred.

    The ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions.

    Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
