This is a remote position.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location:  Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Manchester, NH Time with an hour unpaid lunch

Role Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies across all our businesses. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and general HR operations, ensuring our teams are supported and aligned with the company’s goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles across all companies.

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

    • Design and implement seamless onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively.

    • Handle employee offboarding, ensuring compliance and a positive transition.

  • Compliance & Policies:

    • Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee concerns and disputes.

    • Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives and engagement strategies.

  • HR Operations:

    • Maintain and manage accurate employee records and HR documentation.

    • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance management processes.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).

  • 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in multi-company or diverse industry settings.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance requirements, and labor laws.

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
