Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruitment
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for marketing, creative, and technical roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, potential fit, and alignment with the company's values and culture.
- Maintain a keen understanding of the industry's talent landscape to proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
HR Management
- Design and execute a seamless onboarding process that ensures new hires are successfully integrated into our team and culture.
- Manage ongoing HR responsibilities, including employee relations, compliance with local employment laws, and performance management.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand their human resources needs and provide consultative support.
Talent Retention and Development
- Implement strategies for talent development and retention to nurture and grow our team's capabilities and satisfaction.
- Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to adapt to the evolving needs of the team and the industry.
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth, encouraging team members to pursue opportunities that align with their career objectives.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- At least 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for marketing, creative, and technical roles, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, such as Ashby, to streamline the recruitment process and maintain organized candidate data.
- Familiarity with Buenos Aires' job market and a comprehensive understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
