We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Services Data Engineer. As a Managed Services Data Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client databases and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.     •    Monitoring & Support: Proactively monitor database and cloud systems using tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, and New Relic to identify and respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate critical incidents as needed.

    •    Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 standards by monitoring access and maintaining database security using Splunk, Imperva, and Guardium.
    •    Client Interaction & Project Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure service levels (SLAs) are met. Manage client expectations and provide clear communication regarding issue resolution and solutions.
    •    Incident Management: Lead the response to high-priority incidents by utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve database issues and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

    •    Experience with database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

    •    Strong understanding of monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, SolarWinds) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
