Securonix is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of channel marketing programs. This role will work closely with our channel partners, sales teams, and marketing departments to drive growth, enhance partner engagement, and amplify demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel ecosystems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing impactful marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with Securonix’s business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem and tailor programs to address them.
Program Management:
- Design and implement co-marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, training resources, and tools to support partner success.
Partner Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to understand their needs and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance partner capability and engagement.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch co-marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:
- Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and global campaign marketing teams to ensure cohesive channel messaging and strategy.
- Coordinate with regional field marketing teams to tailor global partner marketing programs to local markets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment across teams to maximize the impact of partner marketing efforts.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of channel marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting ROI and key learnings.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in channel marketing or related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing MDF (Market Development Funds) and co-marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of channel sales cycles and partner incentive programs.
