Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating patient care for a newly developed inpatient consult team and outpatient outreach team in Athens, OH to treat patients within addition services. This position will create the consult service and the subsequent workflows. They will also be working with established Community partners for assistance to patients in Athens County.
This position is part of a new HRSA 4 year grant. It is fully grant funded and provisional, and will have a new provisional date each year as funding is approved by HRSA each year within the 4 year period. As long as goals and objective are met, funding will occur. There are monthly meetings with HRSA to evaluate progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree from accredited school of nursing
Active Basic Life Support Certification
Current Ohio RN licensure in good standing
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, either in an inpatient and/or outpatient environment.
2 years previous management experience.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

Data analytics experience a plus
Teamwork and the ability to work across various levels and specialties
LOCATION
This is a hybrid work environment, with 2 days from home and 3 days at the O'Bleness Medical Office Building in Athens, OH. Flexibility to determine own schedule.
