To ensure EssilorLuxottica Germany wholesales business receive high quality of senior HR lead support we are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner EssilorLuxottica Germany.

 

This HR Business Partner will work closely with the General Managers and senior business leaders of two different entities in transforming the business and driving the HR agenda. Key to the role is the effective daily management of transactional HR activities alongside with strategic business partnership and projects on DACH or EMEA level. The role will be part of the EL Germany Leadership Team and the HR DACH team. The role will be reporting to the HR Director DACH.

 

 

Location:

 

Role based in Munich area

Home office: 60% in the office and up to 40% remote working

Travelling: up to 20% of the time

 

 

Key role accountabilities:

 

  • Act as a senior business partner to a defined client base to provide HR expertise, guidance, advice and provide coaching to leaders.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with defined leaders and provide proactive strategic partnership.
  • Lead, steer and consult with the Management Team on strategic HR processes, like Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, etc.
  • Lead organizational development and transformation
  • Act as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a productive relationship with the Workers Council and lead Workers Council negotiations. Additionally manage labour law discussions.
  • Close collaboration with HR colleagues in DACH and Centers of Excellence.
  • Manage HR projects, both within the business units and on DACH or European level.
  • Implementation of employment policies and procedures relevant to the business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with German legislation.

 

Your profile :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • HR experience since 8+ years.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationship with executive levels and work with European stakeholders.
  • High impact mindset that always keep the big picture in mind whilst flexibly adapting to changes.
  • Change and transformation navigator.
  • High problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans.
  • Ability to influence on executive level and to work in the matrix.
  • Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business.
  • Problem solver with the ability to think critically to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
