We are seeking an innovative Customer Success Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our customer base. As a Customer Success Manager, you will assist our customers in evolving their organizations through the adoption of Sparkrock’s product. The Customer Success Manager helps to shape the future of business for our existing customers by growing their User, Technical, and Business Success.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for managing relationships with multiple customers and developing connections with stakeholders to understand their unique operational challenges and map these to the value of Sparkrock products.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, able to prioritize and complete tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment, and business-focused with the aim of helping clients and expanding relationships.
  • You will act as an advisor and consultant, as well as a customer advocate within Sparkrock.
  • You will do this with deep market knowledge, the ability to engage and communicate the business value of our products, and a drive towards established goals.
  • You are a champion of what is possible for our customers and will proactively work with them to leverage our solutions to match their needs.
  • You are driven to meet ambitious individual goals to support this exciting time of growth and scale for Sparkrock. 

  • Requirements
  • BA/BS required
  • 2+ years of experience working in Customer Success as a CSM or similar, or 2-5 years of experience working in Non For Profit or Educational organization in an ERP-related role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Extensive experience with ERP and/or CRM software and MS Office
  • Proven ability to prioritize work
  • Superior listening skills

  • CRM experience to manage accounts and opportunities
  • Experience as a Customer Success Key Account Manager, Sales, Consultant, or relevant role
