POSITION SUMMARY: This position reports to the RoPower Project Director. The RoPower Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the deployment of the RoPower project by providing essential coordination and administrative expertise. This position facilitates the successful delivery of project milestones through close collaboration with the Project Director, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams. By applying strong technical knowledge, the Project Coordinator helps drive the coordination of activities that support the project’s technical objectives. Leveraging experience on large capital projects, the Project Coordinator navigates the scale and complexity of RoPower by coordinating workflows and supporting cross-functional teams, helping the project progress efficiently and effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain project logs, including decisions, issues, and risks.
- Monitor work in progress and prepare periodic (typically weekly) status reports.
- Support the administration of technical deliverables and project documentation.
- Develop and maintain relevant information on project websites.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in in a technical or business-related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 + years of full-time experience working in a project-oriented work environment, preferably in the power or nuclear industries, is required. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Understanding of engineering, manufacturing, construction and/or IT projects and terminology based on past project work preferred. Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Good communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Large Capital Project Experience: Experience supporting large capital projects, focusing on coordinating complex project workflows and cross-functional team efforts.
- Technical Competence: Familiarity with engineering, construction, or technical project deliverables is required.
- Communication: Excellent technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay and Benefits:
The target pay range for this position is $63,668.80 - $76,856.00 annually. The full pay range is $57,096.00 - $89,294.40 annually.
