Job Description

This is a field-based role covering Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. The Territory Manager will provide technical support across the full product portfolio, with a focus on Orthopaedic Power Tools, driving growth in this segment. The role includes coordinating training on both new and existing products and requires expert knowledge of the specialty, including competitor products and sales strategies. An experienced team will provide ongoing support and mentorship.

The Territory Manager will work closely with regional business teams, proactively identifying business opportunities within both penetration and acquisition hospitals to ensure portfolio-wide sales growth. The role emphasizes customer engagement through direct, pre-planned sales activities.
