The Lead Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex integration solutions that connect various business applications and systems across the organization. This role involves overseeing the integration development process, providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient data flow and interoperability across systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in integration technologies, be proficient in API design and management, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

COMPENSATION
This position has a competitive compensation package that is a combination of base salary plus the potential for profit sharing paid quarterly after 1 year of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Leadership:Lead and develop integration efforts across multiple platforms and provide guidance and best practices.Set standards for integration design, development, and documentation to ensure high-quality solutions.Integration Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.Ensure seamless data exchange between various enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Solution Architecture:Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define integration architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.Recommend integration patterns and frameworks, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.Project Management and Collaboration:Work with business analysts, project managers, and other development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Estimate project scope, plan integration tasks, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects.Quality Assurance and Testing:Establish integration testing frameworks and oversee testing activities to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues, optimizing integration solutions for performance and stability.Documentation and Maintenance:Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, flow diagrams, and data mappings.Monitor, maintain, and update integration solutions, manage version control, and deploy patches as needed.Security and Compliance:Ensure that integration solutions meet security and compliance requirements, applying industry standards and best practices.Implement data protection and privacy controls to secure sensitive information in transit and at rest.REQUIREMENTSMUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field or relevant experience in a lead or senior developer role.5+ years of experience in integration development and design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior developer role.Strong proficiencies with the Microsoft Ecosystem of .NET Core (6 and 8), C#, and SQL Server.Proficiency in integration tools and technologies; specifically, serverless technologies such as Azure Functions, Event Hubs, and/or Service Busses.Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and other data exchange formats.Solid understanding of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT) and data privacy regulations.Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a fast-paced environment.
