Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages from potential and existing clients
Schedule appointments and estimates for the sales team
Perform client follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates
Manage and interact on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram
Assist with email marketing newsletters and campaigns
Book client appointments on the company calendar
Gather initial client information and requirements
Assist with basic administrative tasks and back-office support
Potentially help with blueprint takeoffs for commercial projects

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic understanding of the construction or home services industry (preferred)
Familiarity with email marketing tools and practices

Scope:

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unapid lunch break
Remote work with flexible hours
