Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:


Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and text messages from potential and existing clients

  • Schedule appointments and estimates for the sales team

  • Perform client follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates

  • Manage and interact on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram

  • Assist with email marketing newsletters and campaigns

  • Book client appointments on the company calendar

  • Gather initial client information and requirements

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and back-office support

  • Potentially help with blueprint takeoffs for commercial projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Basic understanding of the construction or home services industry (preferred)

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and practices

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unapid lunch break

  • Remote work with flexible hours
