qualified leads for the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, thrives on connecting with new
prospects, and is skilled in positioning high-impact solutions that address key operational and
environmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Lead Generation:
o Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients within our target
markets, including hotels, resorts, healthcare facilities, convention centers, and
more.
o Initiate outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and social media
to generate new business opportunities.
o Maintain a high volume of outbound activities daily to ensure a strong pipeline
of potential clients.
• Client Engagement:
o Engage prospects with compelling messaging on our sustainable food waste
solutions, addressing their operational needs and environmental goals.
o Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making
process, ensuring they align with our customer profile.

prospects.
• Pipeline Management & Handoff:

• Market Feedback & Collaboration:
o Provide insights to the Sales and Marketing teams regarding client needs, market
trends, and competitive landscape.
o Work closely with Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging
based on real-time feedback from lead interactions.

Required Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in inside sales, customer service, equipment sales, or
the environmental services sector, with a track record of lead generation and client
engagement.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in either Canada or the USA.
• Skills:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first
approach.
o Strong research and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage the
right decision-makers.
o Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive) and outreach tools for tracking,
reporting, and optimizing lead generation.

especially in food waste management and reduction.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage and qualify leads in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment.
• Customer Service Background: Previous experience in a customer service role, with a
demonstrated ability to listen to and understand client needs, address inquiries
