Job Objective:
Managing the company’s agents, providing informational and marketing support to agents, and expanding the agent network by contracting with new agents, while maintaining current agents and activating inactive ones.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adding new agents and branches in targeted markets and maintaining current agents,
including reactivating inactive agents.
• Effectively communicating with agents to address their inquiries and resolve issues
related to their students.
• Organizing and maintaining agent files, including their performance records.
• Setting targets for each agent based on their capabilities and ensure they achieve
them.
• Providing necessary informational, marketing, and sales support to help agents meet
their goals.
• Assisting agents in developing marketing plans that align with the company’s overall
strategy.
• Ensuring that agents comply with company policies and do not harm the company’s
brand.
• Monitoring the quality of services provided to agents' students and submitting
periodic reports about any observations that may impact the agent or the company.
• Submitting a detailed report every two months to company management regarding
each agent's status, activities, and the plans for the upcoming month.
Job Requirements:
• University degree or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Sales and communication training courses.
• 2-5 years of experience in the student services field.
• Honesty, patience, quick follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CRM systems.
