Job Description

The Content Development Specialist will work under the general supervision of the Change Management Lead and be responsible for supporting the VS&A sales team. The Content Development Specialist's goal is to support the Change Management Lead and ensure that every seller has the required processes, knowledge, skills, resources/content, and behaviors to optimize their sales cycle. 

  • Develop high-quality, accessible training content to support change initiatives that clearly and engagingly communicate critical processes, systems, and changes.

  • Assist with leading training sessions (in-person and virtual) for sales reps, ensuring high engagement and retention.

  • Tailor training content to support system adoption for Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spekit and Seismic.

  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the change initiatives.

  • Provide ongoing support to employees during the change process, answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring smooth transitions

  • Facilitate interactive webinars across multiple time zones that foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation

  • Partner with the Change Management lead to align training content with broader change efforts.

  • Help integrate communication strategies into training programs to reinforce key messages and drive adoption.

  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including Slack and email newsletters

  • Collect feedback from training participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the content and delivery method

  • Analyze training results and adjust content as needed to improve learning outcomes and the overall success of the change initiatives.

Additional Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in change management, training, or content development. (Candidates with less experience but strong enthusiasm for learning and development are encouraged to apply.)

  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and changing priorities

  • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices, focusing on training and employee support

  • Excellent communication skills are necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships cross-functionally 

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to effectively facilitate training sessions and work collaboratively with diverse teams

  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Spekit, Seismic, and Google Suite is a plus
