Overview
Leader, Retail Sales Operations will be responsible for collaborating with all existing and targeted retail customers in home center, club, on-line, and mass retail channels to drive sales and margin improvements. As the common link between the customers, internal sales teams, and supply chain the position will also require extensive collaboration with the company’s internal supply chain, logistics, and planning teams and act as the liaison between corporate and our key customers and targets. The,Leader, Retail Sales Operations will strive to develop strong relationships and dialogue with key customer contacts to drive mutual benefits through improved integration. This position will have one direct subordinate.
Candidates must reside within a four-hour radius of Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbus, OH; or Dallas, TX, in order to be in proximity to the customer or supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships with supply chain executives at key customers and within Lixil to ensure we establish win-win supply chain strategies that benefit both Lixil and our customers, improving cost structures, reducing lead times, and boosting operational efficiency
- Delivers results-driven retail initiatives through effective order intake management, category reset planning, and event execution, driving sales growth and customer engagement.
- Develops, implements, and manages monthly warranty cost reduction strategies, supports coordination and status of inspection processes.
- Maintains and supports enterprise e-commerce infrastructure, including Commerce Hub, to ensure seamless ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Responsible for KPI performance with customers and provides internal and external stakeholders with the analysis of monthly KPI performance. Manages daily against these metrics and addresses issues including compliance and fines.
- Support logistics teams to optimize efficiencies, transit times, and carrier performance.
- Supports sales and merchandising by utilizing data analytics to forecast customer inventory needs, identify potential supply shortages, and inform supplemental ordering, promotional planning, and fill/kill decisions.
- The ability to travel up to 10% is required.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience in retail or supply chain
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have experience working with one or several key retailers
- SAP or similar operating experience
- Advanced Excel/ Google platform experience
- Other systems experiences preferred (Tableau, Commerce Hub, BI)
Hiring Range
The Hiring Range for Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, and Charlotte, NC is: $88,000- $133,000. The Hiring Range for Columbus, OH is: $88,000-$129,000.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation (if applicable): This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Sales Incentive plan.
