How you can make a difference:

  • Support actively sales and services in administration.

  • Create proper tool and process to ensure compliance .

  • Handle the vigilance process and liaise with Global team and ANSM.

  • Manage and maintain document and business critical archiving utilising electronic archiving.

  • Assist if necessary customer and tender manager in order and invoice process.

  • Manage subsidiary supplier in order to create a sustainable and profitable organization (facilities, etc.).

  • Support duty HR agenda.

  • Report to the Country Manager.

That’s what you bring along:

Required

  • Customer focused. Delivering customer satisfaction, external and internal.

  • Experience within a sales and service organisation.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple priorities with minimum supervision. 

  • Results driven, self-starter with the ability to meet restricted deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.

  • Minimum of a Grade C GCSE in English and Maths.

  • Fluent in English.

Desired

  • Knowledge of Public Procurement Law within a Healthcare environment.

  • Experienced in the use of an ERP system – Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.

  • Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
