ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a vital role in executing and managing outbound sales campaigns for Astra GTM’s clients. Working closely with the founder, this role supports the implementation of strategies designed to generate leads and book appointments using a mix of cold LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and cold calling campaigns. The position offers a blend of backend operations and direct engagement with clients and their prospects, ensuring smooth execution and optimal outcomes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Campaign Design
- Collaborate with the founder to implement outbound sales strategies tailored for each client.
- Execute campaign designs aligned with client goals and the founder's vision.
- Develop templates and personalized content using AI tools to ensure outreach resonates with target audiences.
- Stay up to date in current trends for client acquisition and outbound best practices using AI technology.
Outbound Campaign Management and Optimization
- Manage and run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other platforms, focusing on cold outreach.
- Engage directly with leads generated from campaigns, responding promptly and setting up appointments.
- Set up and optimize sales tools such as Instantly.ai, SmartLead, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Analyze campaign metrics and performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients’ sales teams to enable cold-calling campaigns when applicable.
Client Success Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and alignment with their goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, address concerns, and prioritize next steps.
- Work with client stakeholders to ensure that the outbound strategies meet their business objectives.
Process Documentation and Management
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base in Notion to document processes and workflows.
- Standardize campaign execution procedures to support smooth onboarding and scaling.
- Continuously refine documentation to ensure accessibility and efficiency for future team members.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in outbound sales, including campaign setup, execution, and engagement with leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1-C2 on the CEFR scale).
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.), and email outreach platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to campaign management.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and implement actionable improvements.
- Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or more) and access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Personal computer ownership (necessary software and subscriptions will be provided).
PREFERRED ("NICE-TO-HAVE") QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of automation tools like Instantly.ai, SmartLead, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay.com, and Apollo.
- Experience with account management or client success experience, especially with company ownership/leadership.
- Experience with Notion for process documentation.
- Experience with growth or digital marketing.
- Advanced AI prompting techniques.
- Technical capability to work with APIs and HTTP requests.
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Base Salary: Q12,000 base salary.

Location: Guatemala (Remote - Work from home).

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
RECRUITING PROCESS
