Job Title: Senior AI Engineer, GenAI Solutions

Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a curious and experienced AI Engineer to research, develop, and deploy AI systems in production.
Responsibilities
- Generative AI systems development: Design and implement RAG architectures for LLM solutions.
- Model Behavior Analysis: Evaluate AI outputs for relevance, consistency, and tone, and work closely with the team to refine model responses.
- Conduct research and experimentation: Research AI models to optimize prompt strategies, improve model performance, and stay aligned with emerging advancements in NLP and generative AI.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives and user needs.
- Deploy into Production: Develop scalable and robust solutions designed and built with the end user in mind.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Build validation frameworks and experiments to achieve continuous improvements in model performance.
- Prompt Library Development: Create and maintain reusable prompt templates and frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across multiple use cases.
- Ethical AI Practices: Ensure that outputs meet ethical standards, maintaining inclusivity, diversity, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) in a production environment.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), with a deep understanding of how LLMs generate, interpret, and respond to complex prompts.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages, with experience integrating models using APIs or NLP tools.
- Strong background in prompt engineering, with experience fine-tuning prompts to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for A/B testing, experimentation, and iterative improvement of AI outputs.
- Experience working with SaaS products or sales-related AI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and prompt-tuning techniques preferred.
