By delivering harmonized data, trusted AI, and faster innovation, we uplift and empower our customers—and our customers’ customers—to make better, more confident decisions. The world’s top companies across every major industry trust Teradata to improve business performance, enrich customer experiences, and fully integrate data across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a dedicated Manager of Partner Enablement Programs to lead the development of comprehensive enablement initiatives for our partners, focusing on both sales and technical training. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the partner engagement strategy during an exciting period of rapid growth and cloud innovation at Teradata. You will work closely with a diverse team to coordinate the content, speaker engagements, and curriculum development for both virtual and in-person enablement events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Program Development: Design and implement partner enablement programs that focus on both sales and technical training to equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Content Coordination: Curate and oversee the development of high-quality educational content and resources for partner enablement, tailored to various partner needs and learning objectives.
  • Event Orchestration: Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person enablement events globally, ensuring successful delivery and engagement.
  • Speaker Engagement: Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts and speakers to deliver compelling presentations and training sessions that enhance partner understanding of Teradata solutions.
  • Curriculum Development: Create structured learning paths and curricula that address partner challenges and drive business results, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Teradata’s offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and sales, to align enablement programs with wider business strategies and goals.

Who You’ll Work With

The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director of Partner Operations and support the SVP of Teradata Partners and her leadership team. This position can be performed from a Teradata facility or virtually, with potential travel requirements of less than 20%.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner enablement, sales training, and technical education within the IT or cloud industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously across different geographies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of distilling complex concepts into engaging training content for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with diverse, global teams and an understanding of how to tailor programs to meet various regional needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as partner needs evolve.

If you are a passionate and proactive individual committed to empowering partners through effective enablement programs, we encourage you to apply!
