About The Team

We’re looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge, are obsessed with moving/monitoring metrics that go up and to the right, and wants to help grow one of the most loved developer products in the world. This Senior PMM focused on partnerships is mission critical to Postman achieving its lofty growth goals. 

As a PMM focused on partnerships, you feel motivated by being a “do-er,” thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous work environment, and have deep experience working with partners to launch cool stuff that feeds the company’s’ goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Bring new partner integrations to market, from inception to launch
  • Develop and launch co-marketing programs that promote Postman’s most strategic product partnerships and integrations, driving toward Postman’s top-line growth goals
  • Work closely with Postman’s PMM team to align co-marketing initiatives to the company’s overall messaging and positioning
  • Work across the Postman marketing team to bring partners into relevant campaigns, speaking opportunities, and other co-marketing initiatives
  • Be our first partner marketer focused on getting developers to build apps for Postman
  • Pursue, develop, and execute co-marketing opportunities with API publishers on Postman's API Network
  • Ruthlessly track the performance of partnership initiatives, using data and insights to continuously optimize and scale programs
  • Own the narrative around Postman’s  integration ecosystem, creating compelling messaging that communicates the value of Postman’s platform to 3rd party partners
  • Act as the go-to expert on Postman’s integration capabilities, educating internal teams and partners on the benefits of our ecosystem
You Would Be A Great Fit If You
  • Experience co-marketing and launching new products with partners
  • Experience working in both a PLG and sales-led model
  • Have worked on developer products (a nice-to-have)
  • 6-8 years product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS

What Else?

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $124,865 to $208,150, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
