Who You Are:
You are an experienced and skilled Technical Writer with a talent for translating complex information into clear, accessible documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, high-quality content. Your strong technical background and attention to detail make you a valuable contributor to any team, maintaining and improving technical documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research, write, and edit technical content, ensuring it is clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Partner with product, UX, and development teams to gather insights and understand complex technical concepts.
- Create well-structured, organized, and semantically rich support documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to evolving style guidelines while improving documentation readability.
- Continuously refine documentation processes to elevate the user experience.
- Conduct stakeholder reviews to gather feedback and enhance content quality.
- Proficient with tools like Google Docs, WordPress, and Jira.
What You’ll Need:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical documentation for customers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
- Experience using image authoring software and other tools for writing, editing, and publishing content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
- You enjoy ambiguity and can work independently to find solutions.
