We are seeking a?QA Engineer?with expertise in Salesforce projects to join our Product Team! This role plays a crucial part in our technical endeavors, focusing on quality assurance to ensure the excellence of our Products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a QA engineer
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core modules such as Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce features like Workflows, Apex triggers, Validation Rules, and Visualforce.
  • Experience testing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience testing Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman
  • Familiarity with data validation and migration testing using tools like Data Loader or Dataloader.io.
  • Understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for testing and verifying data.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid development methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software test life cycle (STLC) and defect management lifecycle
  • Experience with QA tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • English level: Intermediate +

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in testing Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for Products (xRE, Search)
  • Oversee and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs; ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Perform regression testing and ensure release readiness
  • Review requirements and identify issues at early stages of SDLC
  • Conduct post-release testing
  • Investigate customer problems and document results
  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices
  • Maintain a strong focus on client needs and the specific requirements of various managed services domains
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality software products
