About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Specialist/Commissioning Engineer to join our Team. This role will consist of installing our suite of products in our clients’ SCADA system and providing ongoing support. Your installation and commissioning experience will be leveraged to improve and scale our products.

We are looking for someone interested in applying their knowledge in new ways to advance how techniques for commissioning software in SCADA systems can be leveraged with other technologies to provide industry-changing software products in a fast-growing technology start-up.

Reporting to the Head of Deployment, the Deployment Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales to align on customer needs, product roadmap, and deployment strategy. This role is a unique opportunity to blend your technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

Job Responsibilities

Install our software in internal and customer environments

Commission, integrate, and test our software in customer SCADA and DCS environments

Manage third-party commissioning and installation personnel and resources

Develop and demonstrate customer satisfaction data

Understand pipeline operations, hydraulic modeling/simulation, and management of change processes

Understand Windows server setup and configuration, OPC server setup and configuration, and HMI design in SCADA environments
