Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 25 hours per week
  • Client needs 2 assistants to cover between 8:30AM and 6:30PM UK
  • 5 hours each, schedule may shift within these hours

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Be the welcoming first point of contact for patients, answering calls and emails with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Master the Clinico patient booking system to efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal clinic flow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, contributing to high-quality, continuous care
  • Provide comprehensive information about clinic services, addressing patient inquiries with knowledge and empathy
  • Collaborate closely with the clinic team, facilitating smooth daily operations through effective communication
  • Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Tackle a variety of administrative tasks to support the clinic’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to convey warmth and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions
  • Previous experience in a medical receptionist or admin role is highly valued, but we’re also eager to train the right candidate
  • Tech-savvy individual with a knack for quickly learning new software systems
  • Proficiency in using Zoom for professional phone calls and virtual meetings
  • Strong sense of discretion and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work within UK business hours from your home office in the Philippines
