Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Arrowtown, NZ (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM Manila Time)
  • Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing multi-faceted marketing campaigns for high-end properties. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking, allowing you to showcase exclusive listings through both print and digital media. You’ll work with professional photography and video content, ensuring each property’s unique features are highlighted across various platforms. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative of luxury real estate, influencing how discerning clients perceive and engage with premium properties.


Responsibilities
  • Create compelling print media and marketing materials for luxury property listings using provided templates and high-quality content
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital and social media campaigns, balancing organic content with strategic paid advertising
  • Craft engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with the luxury market audience
  • Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns, adapting strategies based on property status and market trends
  • Provide detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts
  • Collaborate closely with professional photographers and videographers to maximize the effectiveness of visual assets
  • Manage individual property marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for luxury real estate or high-end goods sector
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, for creating polished marketing materials
  • Advanced skills in Canva for rapid, high-quality content creation across various platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in social media management and paid advertising, with a focus on luxury markets
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives for high-end properties
  • Strong ability to work independently and juggle multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously
  • In-depth understanding of luxury market trends, consumer behavior, and effective marketing strategies in the high-end real estate sector
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and marketing platforms relevant to the luxury real estate industry
