Job summary
Operates and maintains imaging/scanning and PC equipment to process and verify quantities of documents according to specifications.

Your role in our mission: 

  • Preparation of highly sensitive documents - removing staples, gluing torn pages, maintaining document order
  • Assigning document types to different stack structures.
  • Separating documents after identifying specific features.
  • Scanning documents, operating high-performance scanners and visually checking image quality according to work instructions
  • Checking, labeling and archiving processed stacks
  • Searching for requested documents and sending them for further processing

Valued skills and experience:

  • Very good comprehension and organizational talent
  • Independent, precise way of working
  • Experience with high-performance scanners desired
  • Reliable, flexible, able to work in a team and communicate
  • Trustworthy handling of customer data
  • High quality awareness and consistent performance
  • PC skills advantageous
  • Languages: knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English would be an advantage
