Job description

Job Purpose -
Responsible for Supply Chain and Logistics functionality of Infor SCE Warehouse Management
service, integration with Oracle EBS service and related business services. Profile includes
service support, enhancement activities and projects for the entire group. Maintain
confidentiality and integrity of the data

Subject matter export in Technology and functionality of Infor SCE for Warehouse
management modules.
• Techno-Functional role in managing, implementing, and supporting Infor SCE
Warehouse Management System for our warehouses in all countries of operations.
• Role will be part of the implementation and support team focused on Infor SCE and
Oracle EBS supply chain integration and functions, along with bespoke custom
modules related to this domain.
• Primarily responsible for maintaining the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and
supporting the daily operations to provide application support on Infor SCE WMS.
• Technical knowledge regarding the underlying structures in the mentioned systems is
preferred. Candidate will work with partners and internal technical team for bug
fixes and to design and develop custom modules.
• Understand, learn, and support the business processes currently implemented in the
organization.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users via the Service Request
system.
• Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, and perform impact analysis
for change requests.
• Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality and suggest process
improvements.
• Lead user sessions for requirement and testing.
• Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and perform functional testing with the aim
of meeting the desired objectives and quality
Work with core Development and Business Intelligence team for designing custom
modules and Analytics as and when required by business.
• Work on implementation and enhancement projects taken up by IT, in line with
business initiatives.
• Learn and adopt the documentation needs and practices of the Organization. Maintain
existing documentation and create new ones as per the IT standards. Documents
include Solution Designs, Unit and Integration test cases, Operation guides and
Knowledge base solution notes. Documentation is important for maintaining the team
knowledge base, actively contributing to keep all official documents updated.
• Develop appropriate training programs and conduct training to assist business
departments in adopting new or enhanced software programs/modules & business
processes.
• Develop and maintain the integration layer for supply chain functions.
• Work with partners to ensure SLA are met and needful functions are deployed.
• This position will be on Support and Project work. Business support is an ongoing
objective. Projects are taken up as per Technology and Business needs and you will
be involved for work in your stream

Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given to Business functions and
Technology related stream in supply chain.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing IT services for supply chain and working
on related technologies.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Functional certificate in one or more ERP supply chain domain preferred.
• Excellent knowledge Infor SCE 11 and above.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SSIS integration layer.
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle Inventory and Order Management modules.
• Excellent business mapping and solution providing skills.
• Analytical mind to understand the trends and improvise on situation.
• Should be extremely organized and structured in office work.
• Excellent communication skills. English is the official language.
• Candidate must have work experience in Office 365 collaboration and communication
cloud.
