Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Global Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our global sales initiatives for our innovative Cyber Security solutions tailored to the automotive industry. As a key member of our team, you will focus on building and expanding high-impact, long-term relationships with our automotive clients worldwide, while driving revenue growth and market presence on a global scale.

In this senior role, you will take full ownership of the sales process, from identifying and developing new business opportunities to managing complex contract negotiations and closing significant deals. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions align with client needs and that we deliver optimal, client-focused solutions within the automotive sector. Your industry expertise, strategic acumen, and familiarity with international markets will be pivotal as you expand our reach and support the company's global growth objectives.

Tasks

  • Drive new business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to grow our presence and sales volume in global automotive markets.
  • Expand business with existing clients and continuously identify areas for further growth and improvement within the automotive sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our automotive security solutions, coordinating all sales efforts across international markets.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Build a cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with key automotive clients and managing a portfolio of account.
  • Negotiate new deals, contracts and agreements with clients.

Location

  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Location in Europe, Asia or US

Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in selling technology and digitalization in a global role, specifically within the automotive sector
  • Strong understanding of current automotive industry trends, e.g. Software Defined Vehicle, Automotive Cloud Solutions, AI solutions, Cyber Security, Smart Mobility, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing complex deals and growing revenue in B2B settings.
  • Experience in international business development with a robust network of industry contacts in key global markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, fluent in English. Additional languages are advantageous.
