Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our premier vehicle repair software, Identifix, to new business clients. Identifix is a leading-edge solution that simplifies the repair process, improves accuracy, and increases profitability for automotive repair shops. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Solera’s presence in the market, identifying, engaging, and closing strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Strategically identify, target, and engage potential clients within the automotive repair sector. Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.

  • Consultative Selling: Perform in-depth needs assessments to understand the challenges, objectives, and pain points of prospective clients. Present tailored solutions that highlight the value of Identifix in optimizing repair operations and boosting profitability.

  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of Identifix, showcasing key features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers across prospective organizations.

  • Sales Negotiations & Closing: Lead negotiations to address client objections, finalize terms, and close deals that meet company objectives. Establish long-term contracts and foster partnerships with new clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and success. Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients maximize Identifix's benefits.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Provide market feedback and customer insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.

  • Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales performance and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role, ideally within the automotive or vehicle repair industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive repair industry and the specific challenges faced by repair shops.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong self-motivation, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
