We are looking for a talented and experienced ERP Finance Specialist to join or Dynamics 365FO projects team, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes through the implementation and enhancement of D365 FO solutions. In this position, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure D365 applications, and provide expertise in leveraging the platform to drive efficiency and innovation within Hempel.

You’ll be closely collaborating with stakeholders globally to optimize our financial processes and unlock the full potential of our ERP systems. With a passion for finance module, you’ll be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in projects & roll-outs including but not limited to:
    • Pre-study o Company configuration
    • UAT
    • Cutover Plan
    • Post Live assessment
  • Ensure that quality in System solution & architecture is present at all times
  • Ensure that solution change control process is followed
  • Ensure Template solution governance
  • Ensure enrichment and continuous development of the template , applying new standard functionalities and features
  • Ensuring knowledge sharing between colleagues
  • Providing input and actions to development of competencies within track

The role will entail working cross functional with colleagues globally to successfully drive the various activities. This essentially calls for some travel activity and dynamic working days as well as:

  • Fluency in English along with good communication skills (verbal & writing) 
  • Profound interpersonal skills and good cultural understanding
  • Solid skillset around planning and organizing

Furthermore, we imagine you to have minimum 3 years of experience within the field of implementing ERP systems scoping the Finance area.  

D365 certificates combined with a practical background from finance is also a clear advantage.
