Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional sales performance within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets, develop and nurture strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets for your designated territory.
  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging opportunities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of high-performance sales achievements, ideally in a similar territory management role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends, as well as our products and services.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software ( salesforce )
