About the position

ING HUBs Slovakia is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING wholesale & retail branches worldwide. As the ITGC Expert Lead you will be a role model and help build the IT Risk Management organization within Wholesale & Retail Banking. You are a servant leader who is up for the challenge of delivering services according to SLA, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies, but at the same time able to implement the necessary changes to stay relevant and in perfect shape for the future. You live for Operational Excellence, Risk Management and Agile and know how to inspire your colleagues and employees to do the same.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team responsible for conducting IT compliance testing of information systems and applications;

- Ensure internal security management activities are in line with IT internal security standards & policies;

- Lead and continuously develop the IT General Control Testers team both professionally and personally;

- Develop and mature the team’s internal processes and procedures and ensure these are in sync with ING’s Agile way of working;

- Ensure team is able to meet all agreed Service Levels in terms of testing completion timeliness and quality;

- Regular reporting of actual testing progress;

- Communication and escalation with management, internal clients and business partners;

- Design and implement improvements on the way of testing, required evidence, work-instructions, automation, test scripts.

Minimum qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience with IT Security, IT risk management, IT compliance and testing;

- 2+ years’ experience with people management (preferably from a banking or IT background);

- Willingness to transform this people management experience into our One Agile Way of Working;

- Experience with enterprise-level IT processes and controls ( Sox testing experience preferred );

- Influence skills with local and global functional leaders to ensure global collaboration without losing track of your role as service provider;

- Candidates with CISSP or CISA certification(s) preferred

- Fluent English (C1)

Wage (gross)

  • 3250 EUR/month
  • *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
