What we're looking for
Vacasa is looking for a Revenue Specialist to help us maximize revenue through unit-level optimization, yield strategy execution, and exception management . This position will support the revenue management department by ensuring every home within their portfolio is optimally priced for all dates. The position will also be responsible for pricing new homes, setting unit seasonal revenue ranges, monitoring portfolio performance, reacting to changes in the competitive landscape, and delivering incremental revenue through rate and inventory optimization. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, organized and efficient, data-driven and analytical, and willing to challenge the status quo.

What you'll do
- Optimize portfolio revenue performance by executing an array of pricing and yield strategies
- Manage unit availability and restrictions to drive length of stay optimization and revenue incrementality
- Identify outliers and exceptions and implement changes to strategies to ensure all homes exceed revenue targets
- Monitor changes in market dynamics and apply insights to enhance current strategies
- Deliver timely market performance updates and unit reviews
- Drive innovation through process improvement
- Communicate with both corporate and field employees as needed
- Always learn, always teach

Skills you'll need
- Experience working with data, reporting, and driving actionable business change via analysis
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Proven ability to innovate with acute attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- $60000 - $78000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.
