Job Information

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

 

Your main responsibilities

·        Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels and manage day-to-day yield operations.

·        Ensure that all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the properties’ business.

·        Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

·        Create and develop pricing strategies and manage all third-party distribution.

·        Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.

·        Analyze overall monthly sales performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.

·        Need to work closely with other departments to ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented on daily basis.

·        Manage hotel sales and marketing initiatives.

 

Requirements

  •   Τhis is a remote working / hybrid working role
  • Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or Business Management.
  • A master’s degree would be considered as an extra asset.
  • At least 4-5 Years of relevant experience, 1-2 years preferable in a Managerial Role.
  • Knowledge of Marriott International Systems is highly preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Opera knowledge
  • ·Experienced Booking Engine user-preferably WebHotelier
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
