Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and perform billable activities as a Sr. Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect or Engagement Lead for implementations.
Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
Provide expert level guidance and strategies for implementing SPIFF based on best practices.
Work with clients and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution that will meet the customer’s business requirements
Liaison between customer stakeholders and technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of SPIFF product offerings.
Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite.
Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworkers
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
Experience defining business requirements and use cases
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with enterprise clients
