Job description

    We are seeking International Talent Acquisition Freelancers (remote work) to join our recruitment teams and manage the end-to-end hiring process for multilingual candidates. Are you a high achiever? If so, you could secure a leadership position, earn double fees, and receive quarterly and annual bonuses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs
    • Advertise job openings on various international platforms
    • Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., social media and professional networks)
    • Screen candidates who meet the required qualifications
    • Organize and conduct initial interviews
    • Build lasting relationships with previous applicants and potential candidates
    • Track candidates throughout the hiring process until they are placed with the client

    Requirements:

    • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or sourcing
    • Experience with BPO roles (customer service, marketing, sales representatives)
    • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
    • Experience recruiting for the European market
    • Availability of at least 30 hours per week (preferably mornings to afternoons)
    • Proficiency in English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish)
