Role Description

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our client's team. Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development - Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement an organic content strategy that supports the mission of inspiring and entertaining through education, aiming to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across the Arab world.
  • Celebrity Collaboration and Engagement - Utilize partnerships with A-list Arab celebrities and industry experts to produce culturally resonant and impactful content, enhancing brand presence and appeal, particularly within the GCC region.
  • Market Research and Audience Insights - Conduct research and analyze trends specific to the GCC and Arab audiences to ensure social media content reflects cultural preferences, resonates with target demographics, and stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Content Ideation and Visual Planning - Generate creative content ideas and visual references, collaborating with the content and design teams to produce visually engaging and educational posts that highlight the platform's offerings.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategy Optimization - Track social media metrics to evaluate engagement, reach, and growth, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies, furthering the goal of becoming the leading edutainment platform in the Arab world.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in Social Media Management - 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms, particularly with a focus on organic content strategy within the education, entertainment, or edutainment industries.
  • Expertise in the Arab Market - Deep understanding of the Arab and GCC markets, with the ability to develop culturally relevant content that resonates with regional audiences.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking - Demonstrated ability to ideate engaging content, work with celebrity collaborations, and drive storytelling aligned with the brand's educational mission.
  • Proficiency in Analytics and Optimization - Experience using social media analytics tools to monitor metrics, assess engagement levels, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills - Ability to work closely with the marketing manager and content team, maintaining clear communication and alignment across campaigns.
