Job description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logik.io and Salesforce.com Specialist to support our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing Logik.iowithin the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring responsive product configuration, pricing, and quoting (CPQ) processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver efficient solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Logik.io Administration:**
- Analyze Logik.io’s performance including advanced CPQ functionalities
- Identify problematic integrations and support optimized product rules, pricing models, and guided selling experiences to ensure system wide performance for CPQ workflows
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any configuration or integration issues.
- Analyze integrations and configurations in Salesforce to align with Logik.io and business workflows.
- Understanding of integration considerations and areas of potential performance degradation between SalesForce and Logik.io
- Support performance analysis of integrations between Logik.io, Salesforce, and other business tools.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot APIs and resolve integration issues.

- **Experience:**
- 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience (certification preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with Logik.io or similar CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).
- Proven track record of working on system integrations and API development.

- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and data models.
- Hands-on experience with Logik.io’s configuration engine, pricing, and guided selling.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
